By accessing the application “BEST GAMES FOREVER” (BGF), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. A. The materials on BGF’s app are provided “as is”. BGF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

B. BGF does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of materials on its application or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this app.

Limitations

In no event shall BGF or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BGF’s app, even if BGF or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on BGF’s app could include errors. BGF does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current. BGF may change the materials contained on its app at any time without notice but does not commit to updating the materials.

Modifications

BGF may revise these Terms of Service for its app at any time without notice. By using this app, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
